Slot wedges (Magnetic & Non Magnetic)
We are manufacturing magnetic & non magnetic slot wedges. The slot wedges are placed inside the slot of electric motor. The Magnetic slot wedges are used to improve starting performance of large induction motors.
The purpose of the wedge is to support the winding against electrodynamic forces, particularly
during starting.
These wedges support the winding against the electrodynamic forces specially during starting of the motor. The slot wedges increase the efficiency of the motor and decreases the power lose.
Our slot wedges will not crack or delaminate during normal handling or during their insertion operation and is free from blowholes, cracks or any other flaws.
Our slot wedges will be supplied with test certificate mentioned following specifications:-
